2. Scope of the Terms and conditions
These general terms and conditions (Terms and conditions) apply to purchases made in the helloenergia.hu webshop (hereinafter: the webshop). The language of the contract is Hungarian; the contract is concluded electronically, does not qualify as a written contract, and is not filed by the provider. The contract is governed by Hungarian law, in particular the Civil Code (Act V of 2013), Act CVIII of 2001 on electronic commerce, and Government Decree 45/2014. (II. 26.) on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses.
3. Products and prices
The webshop offers EV chargers, accessories and installation services. Prices shown on the product page are gross prices, including 27% VAT but excluding shipping. For products marked “price on request” we provide an individual quote; these cannot be ordered online. In the case of an obviously incorrect price (for example a fraction or a multiple of the usual price), the provider is not obliged to sell the product at the incorrect price, but will offer to sell it at the correct price, which the buyer may decline.
4. How to order
- You add the selected product to your cart, then at checkout you enter your billing and shipping details and choose the shipping and payment method.
- You can correct your details at any time before pressing the “Order with obligation to pay” button.
- The provider sends an automatic e-mail confirmation of your order without delay. If it does not arrive within 48 hours, you are released from your offer.
- The contract is concluded when the order is confirmed.
5. Payment
Fizethetsz banki átutalással (a számlaszámot és a közleményt a visszaigazolás tartalmazza) vagy – ahol elérhető – bankkártyával a SimplePay Zrt. SimplePay rendszerén keresztül. A bankkártyás fizetés a SimplePay biztonságos oldalán történik, a kártyaadatok a webáruházhoz nem jutnak el. Átutalásnál a terméket a vételár beérkezése után adjuk fel.
6. Delivery and pickup
Products are delivered by GLS courier to the address you provide, usually within 1–3 working days of dispatch. For products not in stock (“made to order”), we will inform you by e-mail of the expected delivery time. If in-person pickup is available, the place and time of pickup are shown at checkout and in the confirmation. On receipt, please check that the package is intact; if it is damaged, have the courier record a damage report.
7. Installation
Installation can be requested separately. The price of installation depends on the site (cable length, meter point, condition of the distribution board); if the on-site survey shows that installation would cost more than the price indicated in advance, we will let you know before work begins and will only carry out the extra work with your approval. The charger may only be connected by an electrician; the provider is not liable for faults resulting from improper connection by you or a third party.
8. Right of withdrawal
Fogyasztóként a termék átvételétől számított 14 napon belül indokolás nélkül elállhatsz a szerződéstől. Az elállási jogodat online is gyakorolhatod a következő címen: helloenergia.hu/elallas – a webáruház minden oldalának aljáról, valamint a rendelés oldaláról is elérhető „Elállás a szerződéstől” hivatkozással. Ott megadod a neved, a rendelésszámot, és azt az e-mail-címet, ahová a visszaigazolást kéred, majd az „Elállás megerősítése” gombbal elküldöd a nyilatkozatot. Ha ezt az online funkciót veszed igénybe, az elállás megérkezését tartós adathordozón (e-mailben) haladéktalanul visszaigazoljuk; a visszaigazolás tartalmazza a nyilatkozatod tartalmát, valamint az elküldés napját és időpontját. Az elállási nyilatkozatot e-mailben (kapcsolat@helloenergia.hu) vagy postán is elküldheted; ehhez használhatod a 45/2014. Korm. rendelet 2. melléklete szerinti nyilatkozatmintát is. A terméket az elállás közlésétől számított 14 napon belül kell visszaküldened; a visszaküldés költségét te viseled. A vételárat – a kiszállítás alapdíjával együtt – legkésőbb az elállásról való tudomásszerzéstől számított 14 napon belül visszatérítjük, de a visszatérítést visszatarthatjuk, amíg a terméket vissza nem kaptuk. A termék nem rendeltetésszerű használatából eredő értékcsökkenésért felelsz.
You have no right of withdrawal for a fully performed service (for example a completed installation) if performance began with your express consent and you acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been performed. If you ask us to start the installation before the withdrawal period expires and then withdraw, you must pay a proportionate fee for the service performed up to that point.
9. Warranty and guarantee
In the event of defective performance, the provider is liable under the warranty for defects and the product warranty provided by the Hungarian Civil Code. For products covered by Government Decree 151/2003. (IX. 22.) on mandatory guarantees for durable consumer goods, we provide a guarantee for the period required by law; the guarantee starts on handover (or, if installed, on commissioning). You can report a guarantee claim at kapcsolat@helloenergia.hu or by phone. The manufacturer’s (BENY) warranty may be longer – see the product page and the warranty card for details.
10. Complaints and legal remedies
Panaszodat e-mailben (kapcsolat@helloenergia.hu), telefonon (+36 20 559 0302) vagy postán a székhely címén jelezheted. A szóbeli panaszt azonnal megvizsgáljuk; az írásbeli panaszra 30 napon belül érdemben válaszolunk. Ha a panaszt elutasítjuk, a lakóhelyed vagy tartózkodási helyed szerint illetékes békéltető testülethez fordulhatsz; a szolgáltató székhelye szerint illetékes testület: Budapesti Békéltető Testület (1016 Budapest, Krisztina krt. 99.).
11. Other provisions
The processing of personal data is governed by the privacy policy. The provider may amend these Terms and conditions unilaterally; amendments do not affect contracts already concluded.
