Legal guarantee

Goods bought in the European Union come with a legal guarantee of at least two years. The EU notice below sums up when and how you can use it.

EU harmonised notice – Legal guarantee: a minimum two-year legal guarantee for goods sold in the European Union. If the goods do not match the description or do not function as intended, the seller is liable for any lack of conformity that existed on delivery and must offer free repair or replacement, or in some cases a price reduction or a full refund. What to do: contact the seller as soon as possible and provide proof of purchase.

If the product is faulty

Write to us at kapcsolat@helloenergia.hu or call +36 20 559 0302, and give your order number or send the invoice. The detailed rules on the legal guarantee and the warranty are in the Terms and conditions, section 9. The manufacturer's (BENY) warranty is independent of it and does not limit the legal guarantee.
